Thanks to all those young members who attended Kids Day Out 2017 With over 40 young members attending at HQ there was training, games with prizes and an exciting lollie scramble. After the games the young members were taken to Flip Out Trampoline park where they bounced around with joy and had Pizza. Thanks to all those who attended and helped out in the Women's self defence seminar With a great turnout of keen female members, friends and family the seminar was a great success. Special thanks to Mr Dave Joker (one of HQ's senior members) who shared his experience and knowledge in being in the Police in NZ and overseas and his expertise in instructing and training the police force. more+

Annual Black Belt Grading   This years grading was held at the Woolston Club, Bowling Pavilion. It was an excellent venue with plenty of space and good ventilation. Those in charge were very efficient in their various duties of organising groups of students to fight the candidates, first aid, materials and tidying up.
